銀座の新たなランドマーク「KUROSAWA × TIFFANY」ビルのルーフトップに、会員制ラウンジ GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE が 2025年10月1日 にグランドオープン（所在地：東京都中央区銀座6-9-2）。運営は、黒沢不動産株式会社とSTELA CO.の共同出資により設立された サファイアラウンジ株式会社。建築は青木淳氏、インテリアは谷山直義氏率いるNAO TANIYAMA & ASSOCIATESによるデザインで、銀座の中心に“世界とつながる”大人の社交場を創出します。

美食・音楽・アート・ワイン・シガー・交流が交差する、五感を満たすメンバーズクラブ。屋上ガーデンテラスやシガーデッキ、プライベートサロン、メンバーズラウンジなど、用途に応じた空間で上質なひとときをお楽しみいただけます。詳細は公式サイトをご覧ください。

GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE
Set atop the “KUROSAWA × TIFFANY” building on Ginza’s Chuo-dori, GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE is opening on October 1, 2025 (6-9-2 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo). Operated by Sapphire Lounge Co., Ltd.—a joint venture by Kurosawa Building Co., Ltd. and STELA CO.—the club brings a members-only social hub to the heart of Ginza. Architecture by Jun Aoki with interiors by Nao Taniyama and his team.
GINZA SAPPHIRE LOUNGE
